Dallas Southern Pride 2024: Juneteenth, parade and dates

Dallas Southern Pride (DSP) is an annual celebration for Black LGBTQ individuals, originating in 1997 as a casual gathering that evolved into a formalized weekend event with a host hotel and organized parties. DSP strives to be inclusive, incorporating voices often marginalized within the community, such as transgender individuals, and honoring those who paved the way.

Partnering with Abounding Prosperity, Inc., DSP also hosts the Southern Regional Ball/House and Pageant Communities’ Health Disparities & Leadership Conference, addressing health issues within these communities.
