Warschauer Platz 18, Berlin, Germany, 10245
Claims to be Berlin’s biggest gay, lesbian & transsexual party. Prior to reunification, Die Busche (formerly ‘Haus B’) was the only gay disco in the GDR!
Popular with young party-goers who enjoy club anthems, disco charts and hits from the 80’s and 90’s. Boasts three dance floors and three bars! The party is currently held every Friday and Saturday, although sometimes parties are held on a Wednesday.
If you prefer to be in the company of just men, perhaps this isn’t the place for you; it’s very popular with women. U,S: Warschauer Straße
Too many women
“Loved the music here and the entry price was reasonable. I was expecting it to be slightly bigger, however the two rooms (on one floor) were reasonable size. No queue for entry or for the bar.
The downside for me was that there were too many women and not enough guys – I’d say 60% of the club was women, mainly lesbians but some straight girls too. Mix of ages. This put me off. There were not enough gay guys here, compared to somewhere like Schwuz. Perhaps we went on a bad night. Also, the music was repeated fairly often – there’s only so many times I can dance to Lady Marmalade! It’s also very hot and one of the rooms is too smokey. Overall, not a great night.”
