Small sauna & spa in Ipswich. Although not exclusively gay, Helsinki Health Spa is popular with gay men who enjoy relaxing in the sauna and steam room on the men-only nights.
There’s also a jacuzzi and lounge area, perfect for making acquaintances. Massage and beauty treatments available.
Men-only sessions take place every day except Friday afternoons, with Friday evening a mixed night. Check their Facebook page for further details.

first visit as a bi curious
“My first visit to a gay sauna, good parking though from the window in the front it seemed to be anything but a gay sauna including sports injuries - anyone passing would think its a health club. Nearly turned round but persevered friendly reception got towel and entered.
Its quite small, few there (10:30am) nothing much happening in the communal areas or Jacuzzi so went in the steam room to find a guy laying down... but by this time I was feeling breathless and ill from the steamy (literally) atmosphere and had to get out.
