  1. A great place to stay in Madrid.

“Found this place on the internet and was a bit hesitant given that it is called a Hostal; thought we might be in communal rooms, shared bathrooms etc. Turned out to be a gem. Own double room with en suite; small but more than adequate. It’s situated right in the heart of Madrid and only a short walk to the gay bars and clubs in Chueca and a nice stoll to the Prado and close to the Puerta del Sol metro station. Breakfast is included in the price and is served in a communal dining room with large tables so you get to eat with the other guests; wasn’t sure at first but got to meet some nice people and find out what they had been up to in Madrid. Highly recommended.”
