  1. New owner

“The last owners have just left and returned to Belgium. I've bought the lease and flat and I'am moving from UK in March 2016 when I have sold my uk business up. I'am changing the name to JUSTINES as I am best known for appearing on the 2005 xfactor programme as the farmer who came back in drag. I wish to attract all gay/tv/ts and straight people and will give them a warm welcome.“

“Happy that this bar is going to reopening. I found it to be a great bar. Very clean and welcoming. I'm over in benidom 2nd May, so you will see me. I will introduce myself as Pete, from
Winchester. Could you email your new opening times.

Probably won't get this until after I arrive, lol. Pete“
