If location is your priority, The Royal Albion is difficult to beat. The hotel overlooks the beach, next to Brighton Pier. Walk east 2 minutes for some of Brighton’s best gay nightlife, bar Legends etc. Walk west 2 minutes for the shops, and north 2  minutes for Brighton Pavilion.

The Royal Albion, which was built in 1826, is traditionally furnished throughout. En suite rooms have a TV and tea & coffee-making facilities, and many have wonderful sea views.

There’s a restaurant onsite, but a huge choice of chic cafés and excellent eateries are nearby.
