Ten years ago, Clarkenwell district was home to the legendary gay nightclub TRADE at Turnmills. The club is gone and the area has become one of the trendiest in London. The redevelopment of Zetter, the UK’s biggest football-betting company head office, into The Zetter hotel was part of that transformation.
This excellent boutique hotel (voted one of the world’s 50 Coolest Hotels by Condé Nast Traveller) has 59 individually designed guest rooms (quirky, vintage-modern) with state-of-the-art technology.
Ten to fifteen minutes by taxi to Soho gay scene and the West End – a bit longer if you take the bus.
